We understand that plans can change, and we want to provide our guests with flexibility while also ensuring the stability of our business.

Our cancellation policy is as follows:

• If you cancel your booking more than 60 days before your arrival date, you will receive a full refund minus a 20% administrative fee.

• If you cancel your booking 60 days before your arrival date, you will receive a 50% refund of the total booking amount.

• If you cancel your booking less than 60 days before your arrival date, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund due to the short notice.

  Any additional services or add-ons, such as airport shuttles, in-person strategy sessions or booking the coworking space are non-refundable.
